According to gamepolitics.com, Madden-affcionados EA Games will be hosting a panel this Saturday, July 18th 2009 to discuss homophobia in videogame culture.
The panel itself will be hosted by the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamtion (GLAAD). The discussion will be open to the public will be held at the EA headquarters in Redwood HQ.

Religious fanatics protested EA’s upcoming game Dante’s Inferno. Game journalists and bystanders observed as the group displayed picket signs with messages such as “Infer-NO,” “Hell is not a game” and (my personal favorite) “EA = Electronic Anti-Christ.”
However, the protest was entirely staged by EA itself according to the LA Times.
